Vineyards
Our Vineyards and Olive Grove are cultivated organically and without the use of herbicides and other harmful chemicals. Instead, we opt for more precise hands-on solutions with respect for our ecosystem in mind.
These are essential elements for all Tenuta Ca’ Bianca productions.
We divided our 1.5 hectares of vineyards into three specific areas separated by varying growth environments: La Piana, Il Poggio and La Pineta.
La Piana
It occupies the southernmost flat part of the estate, primarily dedicated to the production of Vermentino and some rows of Malvasia.
The soil is pebbly and calcareous with a Franca texture.
Il Poggio
Situated between Vermentino and Oliveto to the north, it is planted with red grape cultivars, such as Merlot, Cabernet Franc and the native Ciliegiolo.
