The Olive Grove

Our Olive Grove spans over 4 hectares and boasts 1,200 trees of the historical Frantoiane, Leccino and Moraiolo varieties. Here, trees planted five years ago or less find themselves next to counterparts well into their fourth decade, paying homage to the cultural legacy tradizione olearia di Tenuta Ca' Bianca

Like in all our operations, we take great care in the management of our Olive Grove to employ the use of traditional land stewardship strategies rather than the use of ecologically destructive chemicals and other harmful practices out of respect for our environment.
