The Tenuta
Our Mission
After studying agriculture at the Unversity of Milan, Filippo decided to pursue work he was passionate about.
He undertook a renovation of the old farmhouse and set to work clearing and planting 1,200 olive trees and 1.5 hectares of vineyards.
After four busy years, the estate began to return to its former productive splendor, returning agricultural products of the highest quality.
The idea
In his first visit to the Tenuta Ca' Bianca, then in a state of disrepair, Filippo was inspired to return the estate to its former glory bearing the Volonté Family’s original philosophy in mind
