Our Products

Wine

We select only the healthiest and most and luxuriant grapes to give imbue our wines with rich depth, freshness, and authenticity. Our offerings can be classified into five distinct categories: the fully-flavoured 100% Ciliegiolo Àulico, the Merlot and Cabernet Franc Borioso and its more precious version Marcvs, a rosé with ciliegiolo grapes Cèresia and the white vermentino Medea.


With these wines we want to express the uniqueness of this land in the north of Tuscany: The Lunigiana.
With the utmost respect for nature and tradition, with the awareness that wine is produced while maintaining the natural balance with the surrounding environment.

Our wines have reached excellent results in various competitions both locally and nationally:
Medea 2022, third place White Wines at the 40th years edition of the Bancarel’Vino Competition 2023 in Mulazzo (MS).
Medea 2023, gold Medal with a score of 91/100 at the National Competition Vermentino 2025 in Massa (MS)
Àulico 2023, second place Red Wines at the 41st edition of Bancarel’Vino 2024 Competition in Mulazzo (MS)
Cèresia 2023, gold Rose with a score of 91/100 at the 6th edition of the National Wine Competition Rosa, Rosati, Rosè 2024.

    • Wiine Aging
    • Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and then it is aged for 6 months in French oak tonneaux.
    • Flavours
    • The scent of Àulico is enveloping with intense notes of ripe fruit, in particular cherry, and spices with a wide and intense variety of aromas. The taste is warm and full-flavoured with a broad structure and firm tannins that give body and elegance to the wine.
    • Pairings
    • Tuscan cold cuts and crostini, first courses with tomato and white ragù, fish and cacciucco soups. Fresh and medium-aged cheeses.

    Àulico

    Ciliegiolo

    • Cabernet Franc 70%, Merlot 30% Guyot farming
    • Wine Aging
    • After a careful selection of the best bunches to be destemmed, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and then it is aged for 12 months in French oak tonneaux before being bottled.
    • Flavours
    • Ruby red in color, it presents itself with marked hints of ripe red berries. On the palate the pepper and blackberry stand out with delicately spicy notes. The balance between the tannic part and the elegant freshness due to its minerality stands out.

    • Grilled meat, Florentine steak, game and medium-aged cheeses.

    Marcvs

    Merlot and Cabernet Franc

    • Cabernet Franc 60%, Merlot 40% Guyot farming
    • Wine Aging
    • Only the best bunches are selected, then destemmed and sent for fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The continuous pumping over and fulling allow the extraction of all the polyphenols which give the wine colour, structure and elegance of the tannins.
    • Flavours
    • Ruby red in color, it presents itself with marked hints of red fruits such as ripe cherries, plums and raspberries. On the palate the pepper stands out, peculiar in Cabernet Franc, delicate notes of spices and roasting, with good persistence on the palate. A Riserva version will also be available at the end of 2023 with a further 12-month aging in wooden barrels.

    Borioso

    Merlot and Cabernet Franc

    • Ciliegiolo 90%, Malvasia 10% Guyot farming
    • Wine Aging
    • The bunches are destemmed and immediately softly pressed, a careful eye checks the extraction of the juice and the color which must not be too intense. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15-18°C.
    • Flavours
    • The Ciliegiolo in the rosé version enhances its more direct, immediate and pleasant side. On the nose there are plums, currants and morello cherries. In the mouth there is softness and freshness.
    • Pairings
    • Excellent for aperitifs, it goes well with cured meats, white meats and fresh or medium-aged cheeses.

    Cèresia

    Rosè with Ciliegiolo

    • Grapes
    • 100% Vermentino grown on the Guyot farming system
    • Wine Aging
    • With careful selection, the bunches are first destemmed and then softly pressed. After a first natural racking at 5°C, the alcoholic fermentation starts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15-18°C. These important operations make it possible to obtain a more fragrant and fresher wine.
    • Flavours
    • Pale straw yellow in colour, it presents floral and citrus notes to the nose. On the palate, freshness and sapidity stand out, typical of the sea breeze. The minerality typical of Vermentino is very accentuated, with notes of white-fleshed peach and citrus fruits and a good persistence on the palate.
