Olive Oil
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is characterized by the exclusive use of our olives.
The harvest takes place entirely by hand to preserve the plant and its fruit, with milling occurring in following 24 hours.
To ensure the excellence of our product, we harvest at least four different points of maturity depending on the degree of ripeness of the various types of olives.
